Donald G. Turn Obituary
Donald G. Turn passed away at Abington Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 24, 2014. Donald is survived by his beloved wife Margaret (nee Straight), his daughters Denise Julia McLaughlin (Jeffrey) and Carolann Turn, his grandchildren David, Brian and Julia McLaughlin, a brother Samuel J. Turn, two sisters Thelma Leonhard and Adele Stoll, and his sister in laws, Doris Waid and Eileen Knowles (Nicholas). He was predeceased by his brother, Leonard. Donald was born in Glenside on November 9, 1934 to Samuel and Julia Turn. He retired from Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania after 42 years of service and was a member of Friendship Lodge No. 400. The family requests no flowers. Instead, memorials in his name may be made to Masonic Charities, 1 Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, Pa 17022-2199 Relatives and friends are invited to share in Donald's Life Celebration, Friday, March 28, 2014 starting 10:00 AM followed by his Memorial Service 11:00 AM at Craft/Givnish of Abington, 1801 Old York Rd.
