Paul A. Wilson Jr Obituary
Paul A. Wilson, Jr, passed away on January 22, 2014 at his residence at Ann's Choice in Warminster. He was born in Newport, PA and was the son of Paul and Pearl (Baker) Wilson. He was the husband of Bernice W. (nee Webber, was the father of Paul (Lisa) and Susan Arnold (Bruce), and grandfather of Caitlin, Ross, and Gabe. He is also survived by his sister Mary Catherine Rhykerd. Paul served his country as a corporal in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked for 40 years in the Abington School District as a teacher and as a principal. He also taught classes at Penn State. He was a past president of the Pennsylvania Elementary Principals Association, a member of the Glenside Rotary and a member of Friendship lodge # 400 F. &. A.M. He was past president of the Kutztown Alumni Association, was a former member of the Briar Bush Nature Center Board in Abington, and was an avid model railroader. Relatives and friends are invited to his memorial service Saturday 11 AM Glenside United Church of Christ 2160 Wharton Rd., Glenside. Interment will be private. Friends may greet the family from 9:30 AM to 11 AM.
