Kenneth James Pfalzer Obituary
Kenneth James Pfalzer died unexpectedly in Houston. Texas on May 21 2013. He was born in Amarillo, Texas on March 26, 1977 He is survived by his parents, sister and grandmother. His father, James Pfalzer of Ambler/Telford, his mother, Pamela Pfalzer of Ambler/North Wales, his sister, Kristen Pfalzer Marin of Ambler/Upper Dublin and his beloved grandmother, Penny Kurtz, of Kenmore New York. Ken lived in Houston, Texas for the first three years of his life and then in Ambler while growing up. He lived in Collegeville with his former partner Fred Montefore. He was a businessman in Norristown. For the last several years he lived in Houston, Texas He will be remembered for his compassion and generosity especially for those in need, his love of animals especially his dogs Libo, Bentley, Sheeba and Bella and his parrot, Peppito, and his sense of humor. When he loved, he loved with all his heart. He overcame much adversity and trauma in his short life and was loved by many both in this area and in Houston. A private family burial will take place at Washington Memorial Park in Plymouth Meeting where he will be buried beside his deceased partner, Fred Montefore . A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 9,2013 a at t 3:00 at the Highlands Mansion and Gardens at 7001 Shaeff Lane , Fort Washington, PA., 19034. Directions can be found at The Highlands web page. All who knew and loved Kenny are invited by his family. In lieu of flowers or mass cards, the family would suggest a donation in Kenny's name to the SPCA at 19 East Ridge Pike, P.O. Box 222, Conshohocken, PA 19428 which serves all of Montgomery County.
