Passed away In Montreal, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Montreal General Hospital. Retired from the University of Montreal and Ecole Polytechnique. Born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, son of the late Odile Belliveau and the late Amédée Blouin, he was the brother of Rhéal Blouin (Micheline Tardif) and of the late Paul Blouin. He is survived by his wife Martha Elaine Davis, three children Nathalie, Marc-André and Pascale and her seven grandchildren: Charles Blouin-Gascon and Mariane, Michel, Jean- Victor and Paul-André Blouin, Philippe and Laurent Huard-Blouin. He also leaves nieces and nephews and cousins in Western Canada and the United States, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many friends. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at
