John BUELL Obituary
Died quietly December 29th, 2013, in his 87th year. John is with his beloved wife Audrey. John will be greatly missed by daughter Katherine (husband Jim Rodger, children Laura and John), son Frank (wife Christine Holland, children Morgan and Adrienne), daughter Andrea (children Sam and Robin), son Tony (wife Laura, children Sarah, Mary- Claire, Danielle, Gabriel, and Benedict). John will be fondly remembered by numerous extended family, colleagues and students. The family extends sincere gratitude to the 5th floor staff of the Chateau Westmount, his home for the last 7 years. Thank you for your appreciation of John. Visitation at Kane & Fetterly (5301, Decarie, Montreal) Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Funeral service at the funeral home chapel on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 10 a.m., followed by the burial at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in John's name to the charity you support. Condolences may be sent to

A wonderful teacher. I was one of the first women at Loyola and had Dr. Buell for English he was so nice to me. I will never forget him. One of the best teachers I ever had.
