It is with great sadness that we announce Alice's passing on Monday, March 28, 2016. This announcement was both difficult and simple to compose. Difficult because we lost someone way too early to a terrible disease. Simple, because of the ease of describing Alice's qualities. She was a great wife, outstanding mother, caring grandmother, devoted daughter, loyal sister and beloved friend. As a physiotherapist, she was adored by all her patients. Saying she will be missed hardly seems enough. Life will go on, but it will never be the same for her husband Joe, children Lisa and David Zlotnick, Debbie and Josh Gonshor, Rachel and Nitai. Grandchildren Adira, Hallel, Amiel, Mia, Arielle, Shiloh and Isaiah, and her brother Tom will miss out on the generous dose of affection to which they have become accustomed. Much thanks to the staff at the Montreal Neurological Institute, CLSC Cavendish and Mount Sinai Hospital for the attentive and outstanding care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean- Talon St. W. on Thursday, March 31 at 11 a.m. Burial at Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5802 Wentworth, Côte Saint-Luc, from 1 p.m. daily.
