BLAKE, Constance 'Connie' (Nee LeFurgey) 1917 - 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Constance 'Connie' Blake (Nee LeFurgey) in Montreal in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Blake, cherished mother of Hally and Greg (Ellen). Devoted Nana to Graeme and Eric (Leah). She was predeceased by her sisters Margery and Jerusha. She lived a full and happy life. Born in Summerside, PEI, she moved to Montreal at the age of 18. She returned to PEI for the month of August each summer until 2008. Connie was an avid bridge player. She was very involved with Wesley United Church for years. She volunteered for many years at the Montreal General and Queen Elizabeth hospitals. The family would like to thank the staff at the Château Westmount 5th floor for their wonderful care. A special thank you to Joan Foster for her support and guidance and to caregivers Christine, Beryl, Mary Ann and Erline. The family also want to thank the staff at Complete Care.
