GORDON, Deborah (Debbie)
June 6, 1956 - February 17, 2013
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Debbie. Born in Montreal, after a lengthy illness at the age of 56. Beloved wife of Andrew Dyke, daughter of Douglas and Doris, sister to Douglas Jr. aka 'Tiger', Donald (Sabina), and Diane (Mike). Proud Aunt to Jamie-Ann Gordon and Bradford Bermingham. She will be sorely missed by many dear friends, especially by her best friend Phyllis. For over two decades, Debbie could be found warmly welcoming guests into her bar Park Place on MacKay Avenue and frequently supported those less fortunate in the community. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Maisonneuve Rosemount Hospital for their exceptional care, compassion and support in keeping Debbie comfortable. A brief service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, at 11:30 a.m. at Magnus Poirier, 10300 Blvd. Pie IX, Montreal. A celebration of Debbie's life and gathering of friends and family will be held afterwards at the same location from 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the SPCA of Montreal would be appreciated.
