HAGEMEIJER, Marie (Dupont)

In Saint-Étienne de Tulmont (Montauban/ Tarn-et-Garonne) on Sunday, May 11, 2014 Marie Hagemeijer (nee Dupont) passed away after a short, but aggressive battle with cancer. A native of Montréal, she had resided in France with her late husband Sigismond Hagemeijer since 1980. She leaves to mourn her four children Annick Magnan (Jacques Bourque), Luc Magnan, Julie Magnan (Craig Wilson) and Karine Magnan (François Cossette), seven grandchildren (Julie, Édouard-Charles, Laure, Marie-Sophie, Anton, Frédéric and Arnaud), two great- grandchildren (Paul-Émile and Jeanne), as well as her brothers and sisters Michel, the late André Luc, Francine, Lucie and the late Luce, nieces and one nephew. In accordance with her wishes, her ashes will be buried in Montréal. The family will receive condolences on Saturday, June 14, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. followed by a Religious Ceremony at 10:30 a.m. in the Centre Funéraire Côte des Neiges Funeral Chapel, 4525 chemin de la Côte des Neiges, Montréal, H3V 1 E7, directly followed by Interment at the Notre-Dame des Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Marie's memory to the Quebec Cancer Foundation (Fondation Québécoise du Cancer), or any charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
