Paul Guilbault Obituary
Paul practiced dentistry in Valois bay for 45 years and was co-owner of the popular Le Manoir Brasserie. He enjoyed frequent visits to the Roue du Roy shooting club and the Summerlea golf club. In recent years Paul was a confident, yet singularly humble man. Whichever subject came to mind we could discuss with ease. He had wonderful stories of his youth, his college years at the University of Ottawa as well as when he studied dentistry at McGill. His family and friends will miss Paul's interested stare and sharp intellect.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the West Island Palliative care center would be appreciated. In the spirit of deference, we thank the nurses and staff of the Vivalis Center for their care and compassion. http://residencesoinspalliatifs.com/

Ray Gathercole my father was a friend of Dr. Paul Guilbault but especially a close friend of Charlie Guilbault (Paul's father) from Rouyn Noranda. My father has great memories of them both. Our condoleances to Lynn Guilbault and family. Lynne and I went to school together at Polyvante Pierrefonds. RIP Dr. Guilbault.

Mr Guilbault was my sun's grand father. He was a so nice man for my sun!! I can not tell him so much thanks to him for what he did for his grand children. A good man passed away and it is so much unfortunately!! Rest in peace Mr Guilbault! You will stay in my heart for ever!! Helene

He was a great guy and sportsman, I always pushed him to try FITASC which he did reluctantly but usually ended with a big smile on his face. The world is already missing that big smile.

Very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I have fond memories of him from the many years that our families have known one another. I regret that I'll be unable to attend the funeral but offer my sincere condolences to all members of the Guilbault family.

Such a great guy. We shot together, hunted together and even ate together. I referred restaurants and even had some great meals at home. Passionate of sound and music, he changed his sound system completely to an English based system. Just so lovely!!!

Dr. Guilbault was my family's dentist for many years, and we often spoke to him both at the office and at the Manoir. We fell out of touch after he retired but he is still remembered fondly as a warm and caring man. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends.
