Andy Lee West, 55, of Wartburg, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 28, 2014.
He was a lifelong resident of New River and Wartburg.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Eva Landrum West; daughter, Rhonda Deanna West; parents, Ray and Bobbie Jo West; brothers, Larry Joe and James Ray West; and son-in-law, Coy Wright.
He is survived by his daughters, Maranda and husband Andrew Hall of Coalfield and Andrea Smith of Wartburg; son, Corey and wife Marci West of Sunbright; brothers, David West of Wartburg and Jerry and wife Wendy of Wartburg; sisters, Rosa and husband Scott Byrd of Powell, Susie West of Oak Ridge and Lisa and husband Clyde Hawkins of Mossy Grove; nine grandchildren, Hannah, Gracie, Rhonda, Cloe, Adalynn, Grant, Andrew, Brooklyn and Braelyn; two very special nieces, Maci and Victoria; also surviving is a host of other special friends and family.
The family received friends on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 3 to 4 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Graveside services followed in Lane Cemetery, Lancing with Bro. Jeff Dyer officiating. Pall bearers included Chris Hawkins, Bryan Hawkins, Ryan Landrum, Joey West, Dustin Cooper, Dallas Cooper, John Landrum and Kenric Smith.
Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg was in charge of arrangements.
