Anna Pauline Waschevski, 95, of Deer Lodge, passed away Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 at Methodist Medical Center.
She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. She loved gardening, working in her flowers, loved animals. She was a wonderful loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be sadly missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Kon and Bernice Olbrych Kon; husband, George Waschevski; brothers Mike, Walter and Frank Kon; sister, Mary Kon; and daughter, Theresa Pratto.
She is survived by her sons, John and wife Tracy (Collins) and Frank and wife Sherry (Sanders) all of Deer Lodge; sister, Katherine Kon of Deer Lodge; grandsons, Jonathan Waschevski and wife MariBeth of Oliver Springs, Justin Waschevski and wife Wendy of Crossville and Cody Waschevski of Deer Lodge; three granddaughters, Shelley, Sharon and Janet; great-grandson, Jaxon Waschevski; great-granddaughters, Madeline and Abigail Waschevski; and several other family members and friends.
The family received friends Monday, Feb.10, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014 at St. Ann's Catholic Church on Ridge Road in Lancing at 10:30 a.m. with Father Mike Sweeny officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Deer Lodge, Tenn.
