Clifford Haynes

Clifford Everett Haynes, 89, of Lancing, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013.
He was the son of the late Rev. John Ernest and Amanda Haynes.
Everett was a lifetime member of Clear Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
He retired from General Motors, Truck and Coach and moved back to Lancing in 1978 where he fulfilled his dreams of hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his daughter, Patricia A. Harris (Al Wieling); sons, Alan E. Haynes and wife Peggy and Nelson E. Haynes and Cathy; grandchildren, Brent Harris, Michel and wife Pam Haynes, Nathan and wife Nichole Haynes and Heather Haynes; great-grandchildren (twins), Sophia and Vincent Haynes all of Michigan; sisters: Sue and husband Russell Scott and Vivian and husband Winfred Gooch.
He will be remembered and greatly missed and by all who loved him.
The family received friends Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Clear Creek Baptist Church in Lancing. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at 1 p.m. Interment followed in Clear Creek Cemetery.
