Dieter Selent
BROOKLYN - Dieter Selent, 65, of Brooklyn, Ohio, passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, March 14, 2013.
Mr. Selent was a graduate of Lorain High School, served in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam, served in the U.S. Army following Vietnam, and worked as a truck driver for the Sherwin Williams Corp.
He was the beloved husband of 19 years of Mary Ruth Selent (nee Douglas); father of Jessica Ann Selent; grandfather of Jacob Felix; dear brother of Klaus Selent (Marilyn), Irene Ott (Les), and Anita Selent; dear uncle of Amie Siegfried, Amanda Siegfried, and Christina Siegfried, and great-uncle of Tyler, Alex, Emily, Abigail and Ethan; dear son of the late Jacob and Herta (nee Ryll) Selent of Lorain, Ohio.
The family will receive friends at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 4334 PEARL RD., CLEVELAND, on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 3:30 P.M.
