LORAIN - Janet Marie Bialorucki, age 70 of Lorain, died Tuesday November 22, 2011 in New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph. She was born September 25, 1941 in Lorain, and was a lifelong resident.
Janet worked for Sears as a Human Resource Assistant, retiring in 2009 after 49 years. She also worked part time at Skate World in Lorain since 1975.
She belongs to Nativity B.V.M. Church in Lorain, the Lorain Skating Club and the Ohio Buckeye Skating League. Her hobbies include taking trips to casinos, quilting, sewing and ceramics.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, David, daughters Debbie Bialorucki of Lorain, Denise (Bruce) Bissett of Lorain, and Dawn (Stephen) Judge of Auburn, Twp., along with grandchildren Cory, Kristen, Victoria, Rachel, and Angela, and a step-brother Harry Curtis Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harold Miller and Ella Mae Curtis, her step-father Harry Curtis, and step-brother Ray Curtis.
Friends may call Sunday from 3 to 7 PM at Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway, Lorain. Funeral services will be Monday November 28, beginning with closing prayers at 9:30 AM in the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Nativity B.V.M. Church. Fr. Robert Glepklo will officiate.
Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
