Judith A. Kienzle, 74, (nee Arbaugh) passed away on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Mercy Hospice Center in Lorain.
Mrs. Kienzle was born in Columbus on April 24, 1938, the daughter of the late Eldon W. and Marguerite (nee Day) Arbaugh. She was a graduate of Lorain High School, Class of 1956-B. She then graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in the Arts.
She was the children's librarian at Lorain Public Library over 25 years. She was a member of the Vermilion Boat Club for 30 years and a member of the Stamping Club at her winter home in Arizona.
Mrs. Kienzle enjoyed making greeting cards, she excelled in Counted Cross stitch, was an avid boater, and member of the Crew's Nest in Put In Bay. She loved to read and traveling. She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 53 years, James H. Kienzle, daughter, Jennifer A. (Tony Salas) Kienzle, of Fort Mohave, AZ, son, Jeffrey J. Kienzle of Oro Valley, AZ.
Friends may call on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.
Services will be private.
