ELYRIA - Quincye Mae Little (nee) George departed this life unexpectedly Sunday November 20, 2011 she has gone home to be with her Lord.

She was born November 1, 1933 in Georgiana, Alabama to the late William and Florence George. She was a member of Church On The North Coast, and a former member of Second Baptist Church in Lorain. Quincye accepted Christ at an early age. She loved life and always looked forward to the holidays where she could show off her cooking talents. She enjoyed basketball immensely, and was considered a Star Basketball Player during her high School days at Georgiana Training School.
She is survived by her children, son Maurice Little of Lorain, Ohio and her daughter, Arlinda (David) Keaton of Lorain, Ohio; granddaughter Brieana Keaton of Lorain, Ohio; sister, Linnis Pugh of Birmingham, Ala.; special nephew Bernard George (Denise) of Dania Beach, Fla. whom she raised from the age of 9.
Also a special niece Patricia Howard of Lorain, Ohio and a host of other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Deacon James Little, four brother's and one sister.
Friends may call Saturday November 26, 2011 in the Second Baptist Church 300 W. 13th. St. Lorain, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. where the Pastor Loveisier Lewis will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
