LORAIN - Imogene M. Martin, 76, (nee Nash) of Lorain, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014, in Avon Oaks Nursing Home following a long illness.
Mrs. Martin was born in Hastings, Mich. on May 1, 1937, the daughter of the late Albert F. and Hazel L. (nee Jenkins) Nash.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Lorain.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed bingo, singing and crossword puzzles books.
Mrs. Martin is survived by daughters, Lucinda Campbell of Mansfield and Brenda Woods of Mich.,; sons, Dwayne Martin of Cleveland and Brian Martin of Lorain; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marie Ulrich of Custer, Mich.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold M. Martin in 2010; brothers, Russell Nash and Ronald Nash.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon with Rev. Jay Roller, pastor of Grace Baptist Church, officiating.
