...March 15th 2012... holding on to memories like a basket of flowers. The faint scent of smiles and laughter with each deep breath. The calm in your sunshine, basking in the warmth of your smile. Spinning in colours, body twirling round, and around with feet barely touching the ground. It is a good today in your memory...

The sun will soon be down, and the robins are home for the nite. The willows gently bend in the wind and In the distant I can feel the slow pulse of mother earth as she closes her eyes and yawns and wipes the daylight from her eyes. The sky will turn to colours for rebirth and to stage tomorrow's sunrise.
A new day may greet us...and i will be with you again..., in the realm of magic and angels... sharing perhaps a cup of tea, or a soft whisper to gently nudge me into the day. I will carry it in my pocket, and keep it close like a basket full of flowers.

(it seems like forever)

I am so saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Joe was a great friend and business mentor. Our conversations for more than 35 years always started with family, he was always anxious to give updates about his children and grandchildren. He was very proud of them and I send my condolences. We next discussed business and, of course, he than would tell me of some of his life adventures. I never got bored hearing about his solo flights to remote places and finding strangers that would become life long friends. Due to some of Joe's mentoring I was able to successfully retire early to Del Mar California. My only regret, due to my disability, is not being able to travel back to Lorain to say my final goodbye because I am sure I would hear him end the conversation, like always, "This is Joseph Zieba, over and out". You will be missed by many.
