Prayers will begin Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Charles Church for Lori M. Casanta, 39, who died suddenly May 23, in Largo, Fla.
Lori was born Oct. 3, 1972, in Lorain, the daughter of Raymond J. and Elaine M. Kleeh Casanta.
She was a 1991 graduate of Amherst High School and later graduated from Ohio University. She had been working as an independent x-ray technician. Lori loved photography and was a free lance photographer.
Her joy in life was her family and cherished spending time with her nieces, and she will be truly missed by all.
She is survived by her mother, Elaine Kleeh, of Canfield; her father, Raymond Casanta, of South Carolina; two brothers, Raymond (Rachel) Casanta, of Clifton Park, N.Y., and Mark (Jennifer) Casanta, of Tierra Verde, Fla.; and three nieces, Gianna, Lainey and Claire Casanta.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Helen Kleeh and Raymond and Margaret Casanta.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel 3701 Starr's Center Canfield, Ohio 44406.
