Albert Bias Obituary

COLLINS - Albert "Allen" Bias, 49, of Collins, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at his home after a 3 year illness.
Allen was born January 30, 1964 in Hamlin, WV. He had been a Collins resident since 2002 moving from Berlin Heights.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Albert worked as a Crane operator for Leimeister Crane Service, Berlin Heights.
He was a member of First Assembly of God Church, Vermilion. He enjoyed his work, fishing, outdoor sports and his family.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Christine (nee Helbig) Bias; daughter, Kasandra Mezatasta, Norwalk; sons, Jacob Allen Bias, Sheffield Lake and Rob (Hannah) Rains, Wakeman; sisters, Velma Woodall of Vermilion, Verna Taylor of Amherst, Wanda Pickett of Vermilion, Wilma "Kay" Ball of Vermilion, Norma Mankin of Vermilion and Connie Taylor of Shelbyville, KY; brother, Donald Bias of Vermilion; and a granddaughter, Natalie Marie Rains.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert C and Evelyn E. (nee Braggs) Bias and a brother, Ronald Bias.
A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion. Pastor Greg Pennington will officiate. The Vermilion Veterans Council will conduct military honors.
