Jeffery A. Hall, 45, of Pittsburg, passed away at 12:37 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014, at Via Christi Hospital.
He was born November 13, 1968, at Sedalia, Missouri, the son of James A. and Linda (Skyles) Hall. He graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor's in Engineering and was currently working on his Master's degree.
On July 10, 1993, he was united in marriage to Kathy Ruth at Mountain Grove, Missouri. They moved to Pittsburg four years ago from Derby, KS.
Jeff worked was as a welder for 19 years.
Membership was held in the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. Mr. Hall was also a Scout Master.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy of the home; three sons, Jacob Hall, Jeremy Hall, and Joshua Hall all of the home; a daughter, Ashley Hall of the home; his mother, Linda Hall ; his maternal grandmother, CoraLee Skyles of Elk Creek, MO; his in-laws, Jerry and Janice Ruth of Wichita; and a niece, Kali Rahman.
He was preceded in death by his father, a sister and sister-in-law.
Services will be 10:00 am Monday (July 14) at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints with Bishop Mark Brown officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Sunday (July 13) at the Brenner Mortuary, where friends may call after 1 p.m. to sign the register book. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. in the Kechi Cemetery, Kechi, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Boy Scouts of America.
