Norman Weber Jr.

Edison: Norman "Bo" E. Weber, Jr. died Wednesday evening May 28, 2014 at his home with his family.

He was born May 10, 1953 in Columbus. His father Norman E. Weber, Sr. survives in Centerburg and his mother Gloriene (Peterman) Weber Matthews who is deceased.

Bo served in the U.S. Army and was a carpenter by trade working as an independent contractor. He was a football fan enjoying both The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns.

On May 9, 2014, Bo married the former Violet L. Carr and she survives in Edison. He is also survived by his children; Erin N. (Dustin) Hughes of Cardington, Devon I. Weber of Edison, and Matthew J. Weber of Indiana; Step-children, Tabitha K. Ellis of Colorado and Heather (Bryon) Deskins of Cardington; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Michael (Jackie) Weber of Marengo, Tanya (Vern) Jordan of Marengo, Teri (David) Ferris of Reynoldsburg, Lisa Blanton of Zanesville, Jackie (Greg) Diamond of Marengo, John (Brenda Miller) Matthews of Edison, Tina (William) Zedekar of Newark, Daniel Weber of Sparta, Mark (Sharon) Weber of Mt. Vernon and Tracie (Gary Casey) Weber of Centerburg and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, Bo was preceded in death by his brother Jack Weber, step-father John Matthews and step-mother Nancy Weber.

Friends called on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Gompf Funeral Home in Cardington where the funeral service began at 6:00 pm. Pastor Jay Weaver of the Cardington Baptist Temple officiated.
