Georgia M. (Miller) High, age 69, of Cardington died Friday morning Nov. 9, 2012 at her home. She was born Sept. 9, 1943 in Marion to the late Chester L. and Birdie V. ( McNett ) Miller.
Georgia was a 1961 graduate of Caledonia High School. She worked at Stahl Metal Products for 19 years. Georgia loved puzzles, crocheting, solitaire, and working in her flower beds. She enjoyed cuddling up watching a movie while eating popcorn. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include Georgia's children; Micheal A. (Stacey) High, Mt. Gilead, Mary A ( Kurt ) Dye, Cardington, Michele A. ( Adam ) Curry, Johnstown, Mark A. ( Crissy ) High, Galion, and Monty A. High , Cardington, sisters; Jane ( Wayne ) Fuller, Cardington and Diana Kay ( Bob ) Schonauer of Caledonia, and brother Charles "Chuck" Miller of Cardington; eight grandchildren; Alisa, Caitlin, Brooke, Timothy, Jacob, Samantha, Maddisin, Garrett and five great-grandchildren; Connor, Arabella, Gabriel, Sunney, Trenton.
In addition to her parents, Georgia was preceded in death by a brother William "Bill" Miller and grandsons; Justin Stratton and Anthony High.
Friends may call Monday, November 12, 2012 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Gompf Funeral Home, 440 South Center Street, Cardington, Ohio. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 11:00 am at Gompf Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Glendale Union Cemetery in Cardington.
