Entering into eternal rest on the evening of April 25, 2014, Nestor Castro, Jr., 35, father of Natalie Castro, Nathan Castro, Alex Castro, and Mariah Castro, went home to be with his Heavenly Father Jesus Christ. The relatives and friends of Nestor and his children are invited to attend the viewing at Roca De Salvacion at 1221 W. Hicks Ave. Midland, Texas on Thursday May 1, 2014 starting at 10:00 a.m. and will be all day and all night. A Prayer service will also be held tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Roca De Salvacion. Funeral service is set for Friday May 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Roca De Salvacion 1221 W. Hicks in Midland, Texas. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at 1718 S Atlanta, Midland, Texas after the burial for a gathering. He was born on March 25, 1979 in Andrews, Texas. During his youth, he married Ysmelda Torres on September 16, 1994. Nestor was a hotshot driver for Sanjan Transports. Nestor spent most of his time with his children, and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. He was amazing, loving, and caring father, uncle, brother, and son. He is survived by his sons, Nathan Castro and Alex Castro, both of Midland; daughters, Natalie Castro and Mariah Castro, both of Midland; brothers, Sammy Castro, Eric Castro, Roberto Mireles, Rudy Mireles, and Roy Mireles, all of Midland; sister, Bertha Castro from Chicago, Illinois; his mother, Antonia Flores; and numerous nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Nestor Castro, Sr. Funeral service is under the direction of Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home and Chapel.
