Joann Hocker Obituary

Joann Carrasco Hocker, 50, of Denton, formally of Odessa, died Friday, Dec.11 in Midland. Survivors include her husband, Michael Hocker; her son, Hugo Almaguer; her daughters, Dana Franco and Debbie Bauman and husband Derek; step-children, Christopher Hocker and Kirsten Hocker; her mother, Mary Carrasco; her sisters, Susie Carrasco and Raquel Rodriquez and husband Robert; her brothers, Ernesto Carrasco and wife Melinda, and Carlos Carrasco. Visitation with the family will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, Dec. 14, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
