Massey Brandon Glen Massey, born August 14, 1993, went to be with God on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, both in Midland, TX. Brandon was born to Wendy Boyd and Brian Massey and a large family that loved him very much. He and his twin brother Cameron came, as preemies, fighting hard for life. They grew up in Midland. Brandon was a senior at Robert E. Lee High School. He loved mixing music, "dubstep." He loved skate boarding, food, music, old dogs, and family. He loved the family lake house at Colorado City Lake. But most of all he loved his sisters and brothers fiercely. He will be missed so much by his family: mother, Wendy Boyd and Jeremy Sharp, father and stepmom Brian and Michelle Massey; twin brother Cameron, brother Kutter, sisters, Kaleigh, Mckayla, and Devyn. Also grandparents Bill and Sharon Boyd of Midland, Larry and Charlotte Massey of Midland, Glenda "gg" Harbert of San Angelo, and Frank and Jackie Collins of Artesia, New Mexico. Aunts and Uncles: Rob Boyd and Tara Harrison and cousin Alex, Jessica and Michael Swiney, Clay and Essie Collins, Mike and Holly Collins, special cousins Chris and Brian Evans, and stepmother Shelby Massey. Brandon also has numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family who love him dearly. Visitation is slated for 6 -8 p.m. at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home on Thursday, November 24. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 25 at Memorial Christian Church in Midland with Rev. Glenda Harbert and Pastor Terry Rothermich. Pallbearers will be Kutter Massey, Kenneth Welch, Dakota Kimble, Josh Tynes, Paul Deatherage, and Mike Swiney. Honorary pallbearers Jacob Moore, Clay Collins, and Michael Collins. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to Springboard Center, 200 Corporate Dr., Midland, TX 79705. "Brandon is one of the most amazing, wonderful, funny, loving men I know. I love you Brandon. He lit the room up when he walked in," said by sister Mckayla and echoed by all his family.
