LAWSONVILLE — Mrs. Tabitha Marie McMillian, 35, of Lawsonville passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2013. She was born March 7, 1978, in McDowell County, W.Va., to Daniel Manning and Barbara Blankenship Cole. She was employed by Granite City Pawn Shop. Surviving are her husband, Michael McMillian Sr. of Westfield; four daughters, Brittany Newman, Princeton, of W.Va., Alexis Smith of Pineville, W.Va., Shianne Smith of the home, and Janie Smith of Dobson; three sons, Michael McMillian of Westfield, Alex Smith of Pineville, W.Va., and Seth Hager of the home; parents, mother and stepfather, Barbara B. and Barry Cole of Hillsville, Va.; father, Daniel Manning of Texas; three sisters, Angela Arthur of Claudville, Va., Sherry Williams of Lawrenceville, Va., and Dana Mcann, of South Carolina; and a brother, John Manning of Cana, Va. Mrs. McMillian was preceded in death by a sister, Christy Manning, and a brother, Danny Manning. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Landon Cole. Burial will follow in the Quesinberry Family Cemetery.
