MOUNT AIRY — Mr. Eddie Dean Hull, 67, of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. Mr. Hull was born Oct. 5, 1945, in Surry County to the late Ed and Alpha Hicks Hull. He was a dump truck driver for Carl Rose & Son and a member of Round Peak Lodge #616 AF and AM. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Susan Hull Haynes and husband, Bobby Dean, of Mount Airy; five grandchildren, Jordan Nicholas Haynes, Courtney Grace Bryant, Robert Cason Haynes, Cameron Gray Bryant and Emma Katherine Haynes; one great-grandson Koby Lee Cook; a very special friend, Bobbie Jo Easter of Lowgap and her daughter, Lisa Easter Johnson; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Kay and Graham Mosley of Dobson, and Carolyn Watts, Becky Golding, Phyllis McMillian, and Tammy and Randy Joyce, all of Mount Airy; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Dickie and Arlene Hull, Danny and Patty Hull, Donnie and Becky Hull, Jimmie and Robin Hull and Ronnie and Melinda Hull all of Mount Airy. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hull was preceded in death by his daughter, Vickie Dawn Hull Bryant. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy with services conducted by the Rev. Tony Holder with burial to follow in the Ivy Green Baptist Church Cemetery with full masonic rites conducted by Round Peak Masonic Lodge #616 AF and AM. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
