POMPANO BEACH, Fla.-Charles Eugene Fox, 83, of Pompano Beach, Fla., formerly of Milton, Ky. died Wednesday, May 14, 2014.

The service celebrating Mr. Fox's life was held on Monday, May 19, at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, 809 Highland Ave. in Carrollton with the Rev. Dr. Chris White officiating. Burial was in the Moffett Cemetery in Milton.
Mr. Fox was born on June 20, 1930, in Milton, Ky., to Eugene and Mary Fox. He belonged to the Masonic Lodge in Milton and was retired from Local 675 Operating Engineers and the City of Pompano Beach. He was a former city police judge in Milton and was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Pompano Beach.
Survivors include his loving wife, Doris Tilley Fox of Pompano Beach; daughters, Kim (Charles) Ecklond of Delray Beach, Fla., Gwendolyn (Robert) Holbrook of Pompano Beach and Toleiha Williamson of Pompano Beach; a son, Christopher (Merian) Fox of Branford, Fla.; grandchildren, Travis, Shane, Scott, Lance, Robert, Jared, Joshua, Stephen, Justin, Eric, B.J., and Teddy; great-grandchildren, Devin, Hunter, Bridget, Peyton, Axel, Fallon, Gretchen, Logan, Brycen and Anthony; and brother, Jimmy (Sandy) Fox of Carrollton. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son-in-law, Randall Williamson and his great granddaughter, Helena Ecklond.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the First Baptist Church of Pompano Beach Renovation Fund, 138 NE 1st Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33060. Local arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
