COLUMBUS, Ohio – Dorothy Cook, 87, of Columbus, died Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, at her residence.
She was born on April 6, 1930, in English, Carroll County, Ky. the daughter of the late Harry Sullivan and Kathleen Booth Sullivan. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Harley Cook of Columbus; two daughters, Linda K. (Carlos) Santurio and Christy A. (Robert Andrew) Lyles, all of Columbus; a brother, Steve Sullivan of Campbellsburg, Ky.; a granddaughter, Lindsey Kathleen Lyles, and her fiancé`, Johnathon Yantis of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Billy and Jim Andy Sullivan.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, 809 Highland Ave. in Carrollton with the Rev. Bobby Wade officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 18, 2017, at the funeral home. Burial will be in English Cemetery, near Carrollton.
