CARROLLTON, Ky.-Gloria Ann Lindsay, 62, of Carrollton died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 5, at the Cove Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Kindoll officiating. Interment was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton. Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, 809 Highland Ave, in Carrollton was entrusted with the arrangements.
Mrs. Lindsay was born Jan. 27, 1951, in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio, the daughter of the late H.W. "Jack" Perkins and Frances Wittkamp Perkins of Carrollton.
She was a retired instructional assistant from the Kathryn Winn Primary School in Carrollton. She was a member of the Cove Hill Baptist Church. She was President of the Carroll County Extension Homemakers Council.
Survivors include her husband, Robert W. Lindsay of Carrollton; her mother, Frances Wittkamp Perkins of Carrollton; three daughters, Linda K. Ferguson of Bonaire, Geo., Karen A. Hawkins of Auburn, Mich., and Cheryl B. Bowker of Fort Collins, Colo.; a son, James R. Lindsay of Lexington, Ky.; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father H.W. "Jack" Perkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Cove Hill Baptist Church or donor's choice of Charity in care of the funeral home.
