Shirley JoAnn "Jo" (Lindsay) Wehner


MADISON, Ind. – Shirley JoAnn "Jo" Lindsay Wehner, 84, of Madison, died Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at the Water's of Clifty Falls in Madison.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, June 16, at the First Baptist Church in downtown Madison, with Pastor Ed Roberts, Pastor Troy Hedges, and Pastor Dennis Bickers officiating. Interment followed in the Grandview Memorial Gardens, near Madison. The Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, was entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include her daughter, Rita Renee Wehner of Madison; one granddaughter; and two great-granddaughters; stepdaughters, Barbara (Nick) Pietrangelo of Grand Haven, Mich., Willa (Tom) Vire of Martin, Ga., Ellen (Rich) Kurr of Stow, Ohio; her stepsons, James C. Pendleton, Jr. of New Washington, Ind., John (Carol) Pendleton of Indianapolis, Ind.; 12 stepgrandchildren; and 10 stepgreat-grandchildren,. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Dupuy and Mildred Jane Swafford Lindsay; her husband, George William "Bill" Wehner, Jr.; her second husband, James C. Pendleton, Sr.; her daughter, Darla Wehner Curl; and her stepdaughter-in-law, Teresa Lynn Satters Pendleton.
