CARROLLTON, Ky.-Virginia Tabitha Webster Wilson Thompson, 83, of Carrollton died, Monday, March 17, 2014.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, March 21, at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton with the Rev. David Wotier officiating. Interment will be in the English Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the church. Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, 213 Fifth Street in Carrollton was entrusted with the arrangements.
Mrs. Thompson was born March 25, 1930, in English, Ky. to James Roy and Mary Cecil Breeden Webster. She was a grocery clerk and a factory worker. She was a member of the Gospel Baptist Church of Carrollton.
Survivors include her two children, Loretta Wilson Hicks and Ralph Wayne Thompson of Carrollton; five grandchildren, Lorie Hicks, Jennifer Carmer, Matthew Hicks, Alisha Thompson and Anthony Thompson; six great grandchildren, Austin Hicks, Connor Holcomb, Cayden Carmer, Chloe Carmer, Dayson Patrick and Trenton William Garrett; two sisters, Ethel Goff of Verona, Ky. and Wilma Skaggs of Carrollton; three nieces, Beverly Roy, Debbie Skirvin of Carrollton and Robin Poland of Verona; three nephews, James Wilson of Carrollton, Maxie Moore of Campbellsburg and Milton Goff of Verona. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George O. Wilson; and her second husband, Ralph E. Thompson; a sister Mary K. Wilson; and her parents.
