Eardley, Michael P. - 96, Clifton  
Michael P. Eardley AGE: 96 • Clifton Eardley, Michael P., 96, of Clifton died Sunday. Born in Clifton, New Jersey, Mr. Eardley he was a lifelong resident. He was employed as a Machinist at Curtiss Wright Aeronautical Division of Wood Ridge for 25 years and as a Supervisor for eight years. After retirement from Curtiss Wright, he owned Mickey's Luncheonette located at 1057 Main Avenue in Clifton for 20 years. Mr. Eardley was a Veteran of the US Army during World War II serving in the 79th Infantry "Cross of Lorraine" Division as part of the 904th Field Artillery Battalion. He was part of the Campaigns in the Battles of Normandy, North France, Rhineland and Central Europe. He earned a Bronze Star Medal and Distinguished Cross of Lorraine during his term of service to his country. His division returned to the United States on December 10th and he married the former Genevieve Hordynski on December 29th, 1945. He was a parishioner of St. Ann Melkite Catholic Church of Woodland Park, a member of VFW Post #7165 of Clifton, the Clifton Elks Lodge, Clifton Seniors, AARP 1995 of Clifton, he was a Senior Bowler at Garden Palace in Clifton; a Passaic County Democratic Committee Member and served on the Clifton Traffic Commission. He was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Genevieve "Jean" Eardley; by his daughter, Arleen Eardley, his four brothers, George, Ernest, Louis, and Joseph Eardley and by his sister, Cora Sanborn. Survivors include: his son, Brian Eardley and his wife, Sheila of Elmwood Park, NJ; his daughter, Janis Tulp and her husband, Gary E. Tulp of Toms River, NJ; his brother, Anthony Eardley of Totowa, NJ; his four grandchildren, Michael Eardley, Kelly Bogad and her husband, John, Guyler Tulp and his partner, Kristen Carey and Gary R. Tulp and his wife, Amanda; and his five great grandchildren, Michael and Christopher Eardley, Genevieve Bogad , Dillon and Emily Tulp. Funeral Services will be Wednesday Morning from Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and then to St. Ann Melkite Catholic Church, 802 Rifle Camp Road, Woodland Park. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visitation 4-8 pm Tuesday. James W. Earhart AGE: 23 • Died June, 23, at Community Medical Center Surrounded by his family. Jim was a loving companion, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and a great friend. He was an avid angler. He was happiest out on the Barnegat Bay crabbing and fiddling with his boats. Loved to spend time with Virginia and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother Dora and brother Nathan Lee He was survived by his father Nathan L, long time companion Virginia, daughter Susan L Earhart, son James A Earhart, sister Diane, brother Bobby & 5 grandchildren. Eremus, Mable R. - Middletown  
Mable R. Eremus AGE: 96 • Middletown Mable R. Eremus, 96, of Middletown passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 21st. Mabel was a member of the Navesink Methodist Church. She was a volunteer at the Atlantic Methodist Church Food Pantry and belongs to a craft group at the Keansburg Methodist Church. Mable was predeceased by her husband Paul in 1978 and her son Thomas Raynor Eremus in 1990. She is survived by two sons, Paul J., II of Atlantic Highlands and Jon of Middletown; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2:00-5:00 PM at the Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad Street, Red Bank. A funeral service will be celebrated at the funeral home on Monday, June 27th at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.

Irma E. Eccles AGE: 86 • Brick Irma Elizabeth (Furstinger) Eccles, age 86, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 in Tinton Falls. Mrs. Eccles was born in Passaic, NJ, the daughter of the late Stephen and the late Julia (Somos) Furstinger. She lived in Toms River and previously in Brick. Irma was retired from Fort Monmouth, in 1995 where she was a US Army Logistics and maintenance Directorate for 21 years. She was a faithful member of the Roman Catholic Church. Irma was very knowledgeable and active in finance and stock investing. She worked for a period of time in South Korea and very much enjoyed being there and learning about the Korean culture. She also liked visiting Disney Land. She is survived by her Beloved children: Thomas, Charles and Laura Eccles, two dear sisters: Rose Molner and Dorothy MacKenzie and many loving nieces and nephews. Esposito, Theresa - Matawan  
Theresa Esposito AGE: 97 • Matawan Theresa (Della Pietro) Esposito, 97, of Matawan, passed away, Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at home surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Holmdel, she resided in Keyport and Matawan most of her life. She worked as a bookkeeper for the food service company within Bell Labs. She was a communicant of St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport. Theresa was devoted to her family and her church. Theresa was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alfonso Esposito; her parents, Phillip and Antoinette (Ciccone) Della Pietro; and a grandson, Steven Hetrick, Jr. She is survived by her loving daughter, Rose McCallen and her husband Howard III of Milltown; a dear sister, Antoinette Guisti of Matawan; four sisters-in-law, Lucille Della Pietro, Lillian Della Pietro, Gloria Furey and Doris Esposito; her cherished grandchildren, Dawn King and her husband Christopher; Howard McCallen, IV and his fiancée Julia Watson and Amanda Tillotson and her husband Kevin; eight precious great-grandchildren, Ariella Helmstetter, Shane King, Cedrick King, Nathaniel King, Esther King, Izabelle King, Titus King, and Mackayla Tillotson; and one adorable great great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Ruiz. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
