MacIsaac, Bernard V. - 84, Middletown  
Bernard V. MacIsaac AGE: 84 • Middletown Bernard MacIsaac, 84, of Middletown NJ, died on February 22, 2015 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. He was born in New York, NY and lived in Middletown for over 47 years. Bernard served his country in the United States Army Airborne during the Korean War. Bernard worked as a lineman then supervisor for JCP&L for 40 years before retiring in 1985. He loved to hunt, garden, and was an avid handyman. Surviving are his loving daughter and son-in-law, Lisa MacIsaac-Duncan and Scott Duncan; grandson Jesse Waldenmeyer. Bernard was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa in 2005 and his son, Michael in 2012. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015, from 2-5 pm at John F. Madusky, Joseph R. - 64, McDonough, Ga  
Joseph R. Madusky AGE: 64 • McDonough, GA Joseph R. Madusky, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, after a brief illness, in McDonough, GA at the age of 64. Joseph was born on June 13, 1950 in Red Bank, NJ. Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Charlotte and Joseph B. Madusky, his aunt and uncle, Margaret and Walter Matthews, his aunts, Josephine and Anne Madusky. Joseph is survived by his wife, Rita Madusky; his children, Joseph A. Madusky and his wife Rhonda, Jackie Madusky; his sister, Linda Schiafone and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Joey, Matthew, and Jayden; and his niece, Rebecca Schiafone. Joseph attended the Red Bank School system and graduated in 1968 from Long Branch High School. Joseph was employed with Usher Transport in Georgia at the time of his passing, he previously owned and worked at several gas stations in the state of New Jersey, was a transport driver for Walter Immersberger Transport, and a truck driver for Hess Oil when he moved to Georgia. A memorial service was held on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at Horis A. Ward-Fairview Chapel in Georgia. Elizabeth H. Mancke formerly of Whiting Elizabeth H. Mancke, beloved wife of Robert K. Mancke, formerly of Whiting, NJ, died on Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, in Coral Springs, FL. A service of Christian burial will be held at 12 noon Monday, March 2, with visitation immediately proceeding at 11 a.m. at Stuard Funeral Home in Ardmore, PA.

Massaro, Mae Lerner - Eatontown  
Mae Lerner Massaro Eatontown Mae Lerner Massaro, of Eatontown, died on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at her home. She was born in Long Branch and was a graduate of Long Branch High School. Following high school, she went to work for the U.S. Government and worked her way to become a Computer Project Planner. Mae was responsible for the conversion of all manual systems to automation. She gave many tours to visiting Generals and received several outstanding awards. Mae was trained in New York, Kentucky and California, due to illness she was forced to retire after 25 years of service. She met and married Louis R. Massaro in 1952 and eventually moved to Oceanport. After their retirement, they moved to Eatontown. She was a parishioner of St. Michaels RC Church, Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis R. Massaro after 57 years of a marriage made in heaven. She was also predeceased by her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Louis (Lefty) Lerner; her two brothers, Stanley and her twin brother, Louis (Lefty) Lerner Jr. Surviving is her daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Ted Caffyn, Eatontown; two granddaughters, Tracie and her husband Phillip Alpertstein, Eatontown, and Kristen Caffyn, Eatotnown; many kind nieces and nephews; and her close friend, Joan Anastasia of Florida, who would call her every two weeks; her many in-laws, but a very special one, Marie Mercogiano, who was her companion and her eyes for several years during her illness. Visitation from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, March, 1 at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell St., Long Branch. Funeral services 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23 at the funeral home, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. at St. Michaels R.C. Church. Interment Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. McCandless Jr., William D. "Bill" - 75, Toms River  
William "Bill" D. McCandless Jr. AGE: 75 • Toms River William "Bill" D. McCandless Jr., 75, of Toms River, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 in Point Pleasant. Born in Pittsburgh, Bill was a graduate of Mars High School, PA and Penn State University. He served in the National Guard and retired from Bell Labs. He was a member of the prayer group and softball team and taught CCD at St. James Catholic Church, Red Bank. He enjoyed model railroading, softball, travel, and was a self-taught chef. He was a sci-fi buff who loved both Star Wars and Star Trek and had mastered the Vulcan Death Grip. A lifelong Steeler and Pirates fan, he came to appreciate the Yankees later in life. Bill was predeceased by his parents, William and Grace McCandless. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Nancy McCandless; daughters and sons-in-law Lisa and William "Bill" Strohkirch, Susan and Larry Melito, Mary Ellen and John Ryder, and Heather McCandless; grandchildren, Amanda, Brendan, Kyle, Nicholas, Matthew, Henry and Tess; great-grandchildren, Leah, Sadie, Carter and Tucker; sister-in-law, Christine Kelly; nieces, Anne Cosgrove and Jeanette Kelly; and beloved dog, Bingo. Patricia R. McCarthy AGE: 76 • Barnegat Patricia R. McCarthy (nee Ruane), 76, of Barnegat, passed on Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, with her family by her side. She was born to George and Mary Elizabeth Ruane on March 15, 1938 in Newark and resided in Barnegat since 1973. She was a communicant of St. Mary's R.C. Church in Barnegat. Patricia loved to spend time with her family and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, John McCarthy; two children, Laura McCarthy, John and wife Cynthia McCarthy; two grandchildren, Ryan and Madison, whom she loved dearly and cherished every moment with; two brothers, Rev. Miragliotta Sr., Daniel J. - 72, Leonardo  
Daniel J. Miragliotta Sr. AGE: 72 • Leonardo Daniel J. Miragliotta Sr., 72, of Leonardo, passed away peacefully on Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. He was born on April 22, 1942 in Elizabeth, where he grew up. In 1990, Daniel and his wife, Dorothy, moved to Leonardo, where they opened up a hot dog business known as "Dot & Dan's Dogs." Before retiring, Daniel also worked for the Laborers Local #394, a builders trade construction union. He was also a proud U.S. Army veteran. He was predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Catherine (Crilly) Miragliotta. Daniel is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 52 years, Dorothy A. (Kelichner) Miragliotta; his loving children, Daniel J. Miragliotta Jr. and his wife Darlene of Atlantic Highlands, Lisa Lafer of Keansburg, and Gina Miragliotta of Keyport; his dear brothers, Nick and Angelo Miragliotta of Florida, along with his cherished grandchildren, Kristen, D.J., Tommy, Tiffany, Angelo, Victoria, and Thomas. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. In respect of Daniel's wishes, he will be privately cremated.
