George Zulin, 85, of Sayreville died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in Keasbey, he lived in South Amboy before moving to Sayreville in 1948. Before retiring in 1992, he was employed by Operating Engineers Local 68, Caldwell at Anheuser Busch, Newark for 46 years. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, South Amboy. A U.S. Navy

Son of the late Alexander and Mary Zulin, he was also predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Michael and Joseph Zulin, Rose Letts, Dorothy Noviski and Irene Stolte. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Wilma Pfau Zulin; his children and their spouses, Lynette and Frederick Utter of Morgan, George Warren and Debra Zulin of Parlin and Alyeece Banoczi and Brian Riscinti of Wilmington, N.C.; his sister, Elena Wahler of South Amboy; 4 grandchildren, Karlton and Brett Utter, Shana Zulin and Alexander Banoczi; 5 great grandchildren, Alexis, Brayden, Campbell, Brynn and Aubrey Utter.
Funeral services will be held on Friday December 14, 2012 at 10:30am at The Gundrum Service "Home For Funerals," 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment at Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
