Joseph Feldman, 93, of Kendall Park died Sunday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Russia, he lived in Canada for two years before residing in Brooklyn, NY. In 1952 Joseph would move to South Brunswick, NJ where he was the owner of a chicken farm. Joseph was a WWII
Army Air Force Veteran. He was a lab tech at E.R Squibb until he retired to Weston, FL and then to Boynton Beach, FL, returning to NJ in November of 2013. He was a member of Congregation Sharri Shalom in South Brunswick, and was a founding member of B'nai Tikvah in North Brunswick. He was also a member of the Jewish War Veterans and was a Mason with the Palestine Lodge, Princeton, NJ. Joseph loved to play golf and was an avid reader.
Joseph was predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Helen (Eisenberg) Feldman and his brother, Benjamin Feldman. He leaves behind his beloved son, Bruce Feldman and his wife Victoria of Kendall Park, NJ, his sister, Mildred Janover, and three grandchildren, Sarah, Monica and Brian.
Funeral Services are scheduled to be held Thursday, April 17 at 1pm at Congregation B'nai Tikvah, 1001 Finnegan's Lane, North Brunswick, NJ. Interment will follow at the Washington Cemetery, Deans, (So. Brunswick Twp.), NJ. Funeral Services are under direction of the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ. In lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to Autism NJ or NJ Special Olympics.
