AGE: 88 • Sayreville

Leo L. William Mozolic, 88, of Sayreville died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Perth Amboy, he lived in Sayreville for over 50 years. Before retiring, he was employed as a foreman for E.I. DuPont & Co., Parlin where he worked in the photo products division for 35 years. A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, he served with the Seabees. A 1942 graduate of Perth Amboy High School, he was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church, South Amboy, a life member of VFW Post 4374, Freehold and an Honorary Life Member of the K of C Council 426, South Amboy and a member of the DuPont 35 year club. Leo enjoyed telling jokes to his many friends, playing horseshoes, bowling and was an avid New York Giants fan.

Son of the late John and Anna Mozolic, he was also predeceased by his brothers, Frank, John, Alexander and Joseph Mozolic. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Huff Mozolic; his daughter, Lynn P. Mozolic of Silver Spring, Maryland; his granddaughter, Cass Caitlynn Wistar of Silver Spring; his sister, Mary Ciszewski of South Amboy and a dear family friend, Vlasta Barrett of Katy, Texas.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday April 4, 2013 at 10am from The Gundrum Service "Home For Funerals," 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 10:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, South Amboy. Private cremation will follow. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4 to 7pm.
