Beloved husband of Diana (Otto) Regan, loving father of Adrienne Regan of Hewitt, brother of Katherine Marsh and husband Michael of N.C., a niece Anne Regan of PA., and a nephew Robert J. Regan of Houston, TX.

Visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Rd., West Milford. Funeral service Tuesday 11 A.M. Final disposition private. In lieu of flowers donations to West Milford Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
