Robert E. Moore Sr.

for 27 years working on the vice squad, and as a motorcycle cop and a patrolman before retiring in 1993. He was a member of the FOP Lodge #12 in Newark and a contributor to the PBA of Berkeley Twp. Bob served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict
and was stationed in Japan. Most recently, he worked as a warehouse property manager in Toms River up until he passed away. Bob was a great family man who was always active in his children's innumerable activities; serving as assistant Troop Leader for the Boy Scouts, coach for Colonia's Little League, and permanent sideline cheerleader for every soccer and baseball game and dance recital. Always active, Bob loved going antiquing and garage sale hunting with his beloved wife, Marie, of 46 years. He had a lifelong love of motorcycles, antique cars, and collecting Hess trucks, amassing collections for each of his grandsons. But the hobby he held most dear to his heart was spending time with his 10 grandchildren.
