William "Bill" Perry Bradley, Jr.

AGE: 64 • South River

William "Bill" Perry Bradley, Jr. died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at home. He was 64. Born in Perth Amboy, he resided in Hillside before moving to South River 40 years ago. Prior to retiring in 2006, he was Deputy Fire Chief for the City of New Brunswick. He was also an Instructor at the Middlesex Fire Academy, a volunteer member of the South River Fire Department, as well as a member of the NJ Deputy Fire Chiefs Association and the Elks BPOE of New Brunswick. Mr. Bradley was a Communicant of Corpus Christi RC Church, South River, where he was very active.

He was predeceased by his father, William P. Bradley, Sr., and his mother, Marguerite Yunker. Surviving are his wife, Peg (Moynihan) Bradley; his son, William P. "Bill" Bradley and his wife, Brynn, of Toms River; his daughter, Erin P. Bradley, of South River; four grandchildren, Landen, Eli, Davien and Adalyn; his mother-in-law, Catherine Moynihan of Maryland; two sisters, Mary Whitlock and her husband Myron and Ann Bradley, all of East Windsor and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:15 AM in The Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Cremation will be private. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 PM.
