What I remember most about Dan is his steadfast integrity. It was always in evidence when I observed him as he served as the attorney for the Bridgewater-Raritan Board of Education. He always set the example for excellence and was known throughout New Jersey as the best expert in School Law.

I recall Danny from SHS football practice and learning the meaning of being "faked out" during a tackling practice. I also learned what a great guy he was and how he continued that throughout his life. And was there a better smile anywhere.

I remember trying to tackle Danny during football drills at SHS and learning what it meant to be "faked out." And obviously he continued excellence in all phases of life. Rest in peace, Halfback.
