Barbara Bracey Obituary
Plainfield
Barbara Ann Bracey transitioned this life July 21, 2015 at the JFK medical Center in Edison. A life long resident of Plainfield, she was employed as a fiscal manager of the City of Plainfield for the Head Start and C.A.P. programs over 30 years. She was also a secretary for the Plainfield Chapter of the NAACP.
Predeceased by her husband John, mother Roberta & brother Richard Penn , she is survived by her son John , daughters Shuwaunna, Druetta and Toni Penn, 11 grandchildren, brothers Robert and Melvin Penn sister Claudine Hoffman and aunt Anna Booker. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10 Am at the Judkins Colonial home. visitation will be held Friday 6-8 PM at the the funeral home. www.judkinscolonialhome.com

To Barbara's Family and my friend, Claudine Hoffman, I am so very sorry for your loss. You can be sure that I as well as many others will be praying for God's comfort and the mending of your hearts. You all have so many precious memories of the witty things Barbara would say and as you remember those things you will realize that she will always be with you. I am so glad that Barbara was once in my life as one of the most efficient co-worker I ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank God for taking her from her suffering and giving her the rest she needed. Love to all of you from my family.
