Tessie Jones Obituary
Plainfield
Transitioned this life November 18, 2017 in Edison, New Jersey. Born in Kinston, NC, she has been a resident of Plainfield over 30 years. Miss Jones was an active and devoted member of the Greater Refuge Church of Christ in Plainfield where she served on the Usher Board, the Hospitality , Kitchen, and Outreach Ministries. She was employed as an environmental technician at Muhlenberg RMC for 31 years. in addition she was active with the foster grand parents program. Predeceased by her parents Raymond and Annie Jones, brother Robert Jones. Surviving are her son Jessie and daughter Arlene Jones, 9 grandchildren, sisters Betty Harper, Ida Davis, Erma Spencer, Clara Belin, Mary Ann Worthington and a host of loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday 11AM at the Greater Refuge CoC. in Plainfield. Visitation will be held 8:30AM until time of service. Arrangements by Judkins www.judkinscolonialhome.com
