Audrey Joyce Spann-Tanksley, died on September 28, 2011 in Plainfield, NJ. She was 48 years old. She was the beloved mother of Ayana and Kalen Spann and Greg Tanksley; devoted daughter of Gertrude Spann; dear sister of Christopher, Godfrey and Terrance Spann, Lynda Spann-Pisello and the late Reginald Spann; loving goddaughter of Audrey Flowers, she is also survived by Charles A. Knights, Sr. as well as 3 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 11A.M. from St. Matthew A.M.E. Church, 338 Oakwood Ave, Orange where friends may call 10 A.M. until time of services.Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery in Linden. Arrangements by Woody "Home For Services" in Orange.
