Beatrice Davis Obituary
Beatrice Gloria Davis passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at The Woodlands in Plainfield.
Born in Jersey City, Beatrice lived in Rahway and Newark before moving to Plainfield in 1970. She retired from the Plainfield Housing Authority where she worked for many years in accounting.
She was a member at Cathedral International, Perth Amboy, where she served as a member of the choir, a deacon, minister and church mother until her health failed.
Beatrice was predeceased by her husband, James Davis and four children, Sherry, Dennis, Hope and Eric.
She is survived by two sons, Jonathan(Agness), Van and a daughter Sandy(Michael) and a host of loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
A Viewing will be held today Tuesday January 10, 2017 at the Cathedral International Church 277 Madison Ave Perth Amboy NJ from 5-7pm with a funeral service starting at 7pm. Arrangements entrusted to Buckland Funeral Home Somerville, NJ.
