Bruce William Haythorn, 69, of Dunellen, died on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 at his daughter's residence in Goshen, Indiana. He was born in Newark and lived in Dunellen for 43 years. Bruce served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as Line Test Technician for NJ Bell, retiring after 37 years. He was an IBEW Union Member.

Bruce was predeceased by his wife, Barbara, who died in 2009. Surviving are Bruce's 2 daughters, Stacey McKee and her husband Scott of Goshen, IN and Melissa Holk and her husband Michael of Hampton; 1 son, Steven Haythorn of Dunellen; 6 grandchildren, Anthony, Nathan, Brenn, Kayleigh, Mackenzie and Jackson and 1 great grandchild, Jayden. Bruce is also survived by his sister, Barbara Mount and her husband Vincent of Madison.

A funeral service will take place on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 8:00PM at Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave. in Dunellen. Visiting is also on Friday from 2-4PM & 7-9PM at the funeral home.
