Eileen P. "Peggy" Esler
AGE: 87 • Somerville
Eileen P. "Peggy" Esler, 87, died February 10, 2013. Peggy was born in London, England and formerly of Raritan before moving to Somerville in 1946. She was employed as an assembly line worker at Ortho Pharmaceuticals for over 12 years, retiring in 1955. Peggy was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, and loved animals, especially her cat Lexxi. She will be sadly missed by all.
She is predeceased by her husband, Francis Esler who passed away in 2012. Surviving are her brother, Michael Bennett; a sister, Ivy Rose VanKemp and granddaughter, Elizabeth Victoria.
Graveside services will be 11am Thursday at New Cemetery, Somerville. Arrangements by Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 North Gaston Ave., Somerville.
