I met Frank many years ago as members of the Batons Inc., a black police association of law enforcement officers from New Jersey. We had many laughs together. he loved his family, he loved his job, and he loved the game of tennis. His good nature has left a void in many of the lives he touched. I last saw Frank at a mutual friend's birthday party and after years of not seeing him he was still his usual pleasant and jovial self. Rest in Peace Frank.

My condolences to the family. I will keep you in my prayers.

I met Frank when we worked on the NOVEMBER FOR THE NEEDY project in Linden. I worked for Exxon and he was on the Linden police force. Through conversation I discovered I worked with his brother "Dust" in the USPO in Manhattan.

To The McMickens Family,
I send my heart felt condolences to you for the loss of your loved one and my good friend. Whether it was on St George Avenue, Elizabeth Avenue, Rt 1, Whittier St./W Blancke St., or Lower Rd./Barnett St., when Frank and I would meet for coffee we would always have some good laughs. He was and will always be one of the "Good Guys" in my book. I remember working with him and it was always a pleasure. He will be missed. Again, my condolences.
